Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Timber Construction Group is a Buffalo contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
