Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
