Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
