Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Lantern Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Buffalo. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system.
