Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Boston with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
