Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boston, MA)

Northwind Junction Markets Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Boston. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system.
