Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
