Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

Cedar Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
