Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Boise region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 523 people based in Boise. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
