Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Bridge Freight Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
