Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Boise, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Boise. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
