Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Birmingham with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
