Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Cedar Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
