Harborlight Summit Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system.
