Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Solutions grows and distributes produce from farms near Baltimore. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
