Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Baltimore, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
