Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Lumen Oak Health provides primary and specialty care in Austin. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
