Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Silverline Maple Press Group is a printer and publisher in Austin serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
