Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Juniper Health is a healthcare provider in Austin with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
