Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Pike Press produces print and digital publications in Austin, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 516 people based in Austin. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
