Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 986 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system.
