Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Iron Property Management Group is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
