Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Rook Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
