Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Press and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
