Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Granite Press is a printer and publisher in Anchorage serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
