Ironwood Timber Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 455 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies.
