Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Nest Property Management manages apartment communities around Albuquerque, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
