Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Granite Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 256 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
