Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Junction Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Albuquerque plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
