Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Junction Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists.
