Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Union Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system.
