Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
