Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Ashton Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
