Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
