Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Beacon Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 891 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system.
