Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Timber Property Management Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system.
