Purchasing Coordinator - restaurant supplies (remote)

Northwind Rowan Hospitality runs four restaurants and a catering kitchen in Tampa, with about 40 employees. We are hiring a contract purchasing coordinator, working remotely, to manage ordering across our locations. What you will do • Collect orders from chefs and place them with distributors. • Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers and track deliveries. • Reconcile invoices and report weekly on food costs. What we are looking for • Two or more years in food-service purchasing or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet skills and clear communication. Contract for six months, remote, with visits to our kitchens.
