Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Mill Farms is an agricultural business based around Wichita, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
