Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
