Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Farms Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 570 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
