Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Granite Property Management looks after rental homes across the Wichita area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
