Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Wichita, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
