Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Virginia Beach, VA)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
