Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Sable Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. • Experience with an ERP system.
