Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Field Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 284 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
