Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Sable Press is a printer and publisher in Virginia Beach serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. • Experience with an ERP system.
