Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Fern Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Tulsa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
