Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Haven Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tulsa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
