Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tulsa plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
