Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Fox Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tulsa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
